Descripción de la oferta: As a support worker you will be required to help care and support our young people during residential and leisure activities in order for them to develop and learn everyday important life skills. This is a challenging and rewarding role. Full induction training is given. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our young people you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support.

We are offering a minimum of a 12 month contract (with possibility to extend) and a competitive salary circa 19,000 – 21,000 euros per year (depends on experience). The job will be shift patterns and will include nights and weekends. Accommodation in the first month is provided by the employer (free of charge), plus one return flight ticket. Interviews will begin in Barcelona in March.

• A knowledge of the emotional and practical difficulties a young person may face
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Good written and verbal skills to enable you to communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals. Fluent English is essential.
