UNA SOCIEDAD DE DERECHOS

El fallecimiento del Presidente Hugo Chavez desata nuevamente las profundas diferencias entre los dos proyectos societales para la América Latina y el Caribe.

Por 500 años se forjo un modelo de sometimiento, de etnias postergadas y clases dominantes que aún cuando tienen cabal noción de que su enriquecimiento y explotación no favorece la consolidación de naciones fuertes e independientes, no resignan los privilegios acumulados a fuerza de distribución injusta, corrupción, alianzas profundas con quienes solo se interesan en los recursos que puedan extraer aunque estos involucren la explotación y el aniquilamiento de seres humanos.

Cuando uno recorre latinoamerica y caribe se encuentra con profundos e inmensos bolsones de pobreza y escandalosos e hiper reducidos bolsones de riqueza, con sociedades polarizadas, divididas entre quienes privilegian lo que han capitalizado mediante el desarrollo de gobiernos oligárquicos, militares y neo liberales y sectores que han capitalizado mediante la implementación de gobiernos denominados populistas y efectivizadores de derechos.

Una sociedad que cuenta con azuzadores de la división y el enfrentamiento, desde espacios muy diversos, los medios de comunicación, la intelectualidad, dirigentes corruptos, funcionarios que privilegian su capital personal (sea esto económico o social) por encima de los intereses de sus pueblos y naciones.

Esto duele, a quienes soñamos con una Patria Grande, unida, consolidada, equitativa y construida colectivamente por las mujeres y los hombres de buena voluntad que por nacimiento o por opción constituimos el pueblo latinoamericano que trabaja cada día por la construcción de una sociedad justa.

En los últimos años la dirigencia regional ha construido algunas bases para la transformación social, dando un vuelco a la tendencia histórica que configuro a América Latina como la región más injusta en términos de distribución, del mundo, el camino no ha sido para nada sencillo, ha contado con fuerzas internas y externas por demás poderosas acostumbradas al atropello, el sometimiento y la explotación y las perspectivas futuras indican que el camino seguirá siendo tortuoso, lento y lleno de obstáculos, de allí la necesidad de estar lúcidos, convencidos y claros en las propuestas para que podamos hacer una defensa del modelo de equidad, igualdad, distribución de la riqueza socialmente producida y de plena efectivamente de derechos.

Que en esta ocasión prime la necesidad de construir UN SOCIEDAD DE DERECHOS por sobre la de destruir y retroceder, es el anhelo de esta trabajadora social argentina y latinoamericana.

The death of President Hugo Chavez again unleashes the deep differences between the two societal projects for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Der Tod von Präsident Hugo Chavez wieder entfesselt die tiefen Unterschiede zwischen den beiden gesellschaftlichen Projekten für Lateinamerika und die Karibik.

Seit 500 Jahren ein Modell der Unterwerfung, Ethnizität und verschoben herrschenden Klassen geschmiedet, auch wenn sie die volle Vorstellung, dass Bereicherung und Ausbeutung begünstigt nicht die Konsolidierung der starken und unabhängigen Nationen, nicht zurücktreten die Privilegien zu Unrecht Kraftverteilung angesammelt, Korruption , tiefe Allianzen mit jenen, die nur daran interessiert, die Ressourcen, die extrahiert werden können, sind aber diese beinhalten die Ausbeutung und Zerstörung des Menschen.

Wenn man reist Lateinamerika und Karibik trifft tief und große Taschen von Armut reduziert und empörend und hyper Taschen des Reichtums, mit polarisierten Gesellschaften, zwischen denen, die sie haben durch die Entwicklung oligarchischen Regierungen, Militär und Neo Liberale und Sektoren aktiviert begünstigen unterteilt durch die Umsetzung populistischen Regierungen efectivizadores nannte Rechte aktiviert haben.

Das schmerzt diejenigen, die von einem großen Land träumen, united, konsolidiert, gerechte und gemeinsam von Frauen und Männern guten Willens, die durch Geburt oder durch die Wahl bilden die lateinamerikanischen Menschen, die jeden Tag arbeiten, um eine gerechte Gesellschaft aufzubauen gebaut.

Dass diese Zeit prime die Notwendigkeit, eine Gesellschaft von Rechten an zu bauen und zerstören den Rücken, das ist die Sehnsucht der argentinischen und lateinamerikanischen Sozialarbeiterin.
