Randstad selecciona 600 candidatos para trabajar en el World Padel Tour
Los perfiles que se necesitan son azafatas y azafatos de imagen, taquilleros, montadores de stand y chóferes.
Randstad ha iniciado un proceso de selección y contratación de 600 personas para trabajar en el torneo World Pádel Tour. La contratación tiene como objetivo cubrir necesidades específicas de este campeonato profesional que se celebrará en distintas ciudades españolas hasta finales de diciembre.
Para los torneos del Pádel World Tour, se requieren cinco perfiles diferentes:
– azafatas y azafatos de imagen,
– taquilleros,
– montadores de stands
– chóferes.
Entre las aptitudes valoradas destacan la proactividad, la motivación y la capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de asistencia al público.
Las funciones que se requieren a los candidatos seleccionados varían según cada puesto. Los azafatos y azafatas se distribuirán en diferentes lugares, como la pista central, donde asistirán a los jugadores, entrenadores y árbitro; la zona de acreditaciones; la zopa VIP; el área de descanso de los participantes y los controles de acceso a las instalaciones deportivas y al palco.
Los montadores de stands se encargarán de la instalación y el desmontaje tanto de objetos promocionales como de carpas y zonas VIP. En las taquillas, la función del personal contratado se centrará en la venta de entradas y la entrega de invitaciones. Y en el caso de los chóferes deberán realizar los desplazamientos de los jugadores del hotel a las instalaciones deportivas donde se dispute cada torneo.
Los interesados que residan en la ciudades donde se desarrolla el torneo y tengan disponibilidad en las fechas en las que se celebra, podrán participar en la selección accediendo al portal de empleo de Randstad (https://www.randstad.es/busqueda) o solicitándolo en las Oficinas Randstad de su localidad
Randstad es patrocinador oficial del World Pádel Tour que se celebrará en distintas ciudades de España hasta diciembre de 2013 y es el primer circuito de pádel profesional avalado por la Asociación de Jugadores Profesionales de Pádel (AJPP).

I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
