II INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AWARD FOR DE SOCIAL RIGTHS HOLDERS
DENOMINACIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA
REVELA. II Premio Internacional de Fotografía a los Titulares de los Derechos Sociales.
BASES
1. Objetivo de la convocatoria
El objetivo de la convocatoria es el de dotar económicamente proyectos de intervención social seleccionados a partir de reportajes fotográficos.
2. La modalidad de esta convocatoria es
Internacional
3. Participantes
Fotógrafos o colectivos de fotógrafos profesionales o amateurs, excepto trabajadores, colaboradores, personal docente, residentes y familiares de TASC, entidad gestora del premio.
4. Area temática
Libre
5. Características de los reportajes fotográficos y de los proyectos de intervención social
El reportaje a presentar podrá tener en su versión definitiva cualquier extensión, formato y técnica fotográfica.
El proyecto de intervención social actuará sobre el colectivo retratado en el reportaje y la gestión de la dotación del premio la efectuará la asociación, ONG, fundación u organización de carácter social señalado en el proyecto.
6. El dossier de presentación
El dossier de presentación se confeccionará a partir de los datos y archivos introducidos en un formulario descargable desde la web del premio que incluirá:
SOBRE EL REPORTAJE
•Nombre, dirección, teléfono y dirección electrónica del autor/a (o grupo de autores)
•Título del reportaje
•Párrafo que defina el reportaje (200 caracteres aprox.)
•Fase en que se encuentra el reportaje
•Serie de 15 a 30 imágenes representativas del reportaje (JPG, RGB, 1280 uno de los lados, 72 ppp)
SOBRE EL PROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN SOCIAL
•Presentación del colectivo, destinatario del proyecto, que opta a recibir el premio.
•Identificación del proyecto (denominación, lugar de realización y otras entidades que colaboran en este proyecto).
•Párrafo que defina el proyecto (200 caracteres aprox.).
•Objetivos y resultados esperados.
•Ejecución del proyecto (cronograma).
•Plan de evaluación y seguimiento del proyecto.
•Plan de viabilidad económica del proyecto.
•Plan de revalorización del proyecto
SOBRE LA ENTIDAD GESTORA DEL PREMIO RECIBIDO
•Datos de la entidad (asociación, ONG, fundación, cooperativa, colectivo…) que va a gestionar la dotación económica del premio.
•Descripción de la entidad (año de fundación, años de actividad, objetivos y valores).
•Principales proyectos realizados por la entidad durante el año 2012.
•Recursos profesionales y base social de la entidad.
•Financiación de la entidad (balance de ingresos y gastos del año 2012)
•Nombre, dirección, teléfono y dirección electrónica del responsable de la ejecución del proyecto.
•Cualquier otro tipo de documentación que se considere oportuna
7. Fecha y lugar de presentación de los dossieres
Se aceptarán proyectos hasta las 23:59 horas GMT+1 del lunes 18 de Marzo de 2013.
8. Criterios de valoración
Se valorarán de forma independiente y ponderada los reportajes fotográficos y los proyectos de intervención social. De los reportajes fotográficos, el jurado tendrá en cuenta aspectos como técnica, mensaje, narración y postproducción, de los proyectos sociales, aspectos como la pertinencia y la sostenibilidad.
Tanto el reportaje como el proyecto han de contar con un mínimo de puntos para poder optar al premio. El proyecto que sume mayor puntuación obtendría el premio.
9. Comité de selección
El comité de selección estará formado por profesionales de reconocido prestigio del mundo de la fotografía, el periodismo y la intervención social.
10. Jurado
El jurado estará formado por profesionales de reconocido prestigio del mundo de la fotografía, el periodismo y la intervención social.
11. Comunicación del resultado
El resultado se hará público el sábado, 25 de Mayo de 2013 a partir de las 21 horas.
12. Proyectos premiados
El jurado otorgará entre los proyectos seleccionados tres premios. Se distribuirán 50.000 € entre los tres proyectos de intervención social premiados. Los tres reportajes premiados se expondrán de forma conjunta en la Sala Cava del Espai Fotogràfic Can Basté a lo largo del año 2014. Los costes de producción irán a cargo de la organización del premio.
NOTAS La participación en esta convocatoria supone la aceptación de estas bases. La organización se reserva el derecho a resolver como crea más conveniente cualquier situación no prevista en estas bases y de utilizar las imágenes del proyecto de la convocatoria para uso exclusivo de presentación y promoción del autor/a y de la propia convocatoria REVELA, Premio Internacional de Fotografía a los Titulares de los Derechos Sociales.
